What private data we keep and why we track it:
Comments: We have chosen to turn comments off on our website and advertising pages, so there won’t be information collection from these.
Media Contact or Individual Contact forms: If you contact us on any of our websites or advertising pages (landing pages), using our "Book a Call" or "Contact" or other buttons that request your name and contact details when you click on the button, we will answer using the email address that you gave us. We will NOT provide your details out to other third parties. This may result in you receiving a series of up to 7 emails, or subscribe you to a newsletters, but you can always email Delliah at [email protected] to let us know what you want to stop receiving.
Cookies: We place cookies on a few of our pages in order to track the success of our paid traffic from Facebook, Google, You Tube and other sources. This allows us to see if people are clicking through to our site, and if they are going further or not, and lets us make more educated decisions. We do not get give any private information from this, and we do not pass on our pixel information to any third parties.
Logging in: If you enrol in and pay for one of our programs, you will become a client. You will be provided with log in details to your client portal (provided by a client management software called 17Hats) and or log in details for a course (hosted in a software application call WHOP). These websites are accessed by a browser such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge and may obtain information about you, use cookies, embed extra third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including analysing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that site. Please check the cookies policies for each of these software applications, and review the history and cookies settings in the browser that you use, if you would like more information about how cookies work.
Analytics: We do not share information with third parties, however we do place Facebook and/or Google pixels so that we can track the performance of our paid advertising. This does not give us any personal information, but allows us to decide if and when to spend money on paid advertising, if any.
How long we retain your personal information if you leave a comment on a Facebook, LinkedIn or other social media page: We do not actively erase any social media data. You can request that we erase any private information we hold about you in social media platforms by emailing [email protected]. This excludes any information we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Due to reliance on external IT experts to assist with requests like this, lead times will apply and lead times will be out of our control to a large degree.
